Ms. Ishita Gaddipati

Managing Director

Having completed her MA in Education, our Managing Director, Ms. Ishita Gaddipatti aspires to bring about change in how classrooms are conducted in India. She is passionate about global collaborations and providing an education that knows no boundaries.

As a leader of a 21st-century school, she aims to empower teachers and students alike to go that extra mile in areas of research. She believes her role as an Educator is to serve as a bridge between all the stakeholders of Harvest and help them collaborate with each other in order to achieve the best results for their efforts.

Apart from regular academics, she wants to focus on expanding the various attributes of our student’s personalities with an emphasis on life skills and other co-scholastic arenas as they are an integral part of the holistic development of a student’s cognitive abilities.

Mr. Abhinav Gaddipati

Joint Managing Director

Abhinav Gaddipati, hailing from Bangalore, brings a wealth of experience and a multidisciplinary approach to his role at Harvest. He holds a dual degree in B.A.,LLB from O.P. Jindal Global University and a Master’s in Business Management from Sauder Business School, UBC, Canada. His professional journey includes two years as a management consultant in Canada with one of North America’s largest consulting firms, along with independent consulting for local businesses.

At Harvest, Abhinav applies his diverse expertise to drive operational efficiency and integrate innovative ed-tech tools and methodologies. As Joint Managing Director, he not only oversees daily operations and curriculum development but also collaborates with various departments—including transport, finance, procurement, and logistics—to enhance the overall experience for both staff and students. His role involves conducting in-house research, forming strategic external partnerships, and ensuring the curriculum remains forward-thinking and impactful.
Abhinav’s commitment extends beyond academics, as he works closely with the professional development team to enrich staff experiences and standardize operational procedures across campuses. His focus on adopting digital enterprise technologies and fostering new practices ensures that Harvest stays at the cutting edge of educational trends and operational excellence. Through these efforts, Abhinav is dedicated to advancing the dynamic and evolving landscape of education at Harvest.

Ms. Lakshmi Nayar

Head of The School

Ms. Lakshmi Nayar is an esteemed educator with over 22 years of experience in the field, including eight years of service as a School Principal. She currently leads Harvest International School – IB Wing, where she upholds the school’s commitment to excellence in education. With a postgraduate degree in English Literature, Ms. Nayar is a certified IBDP Head of School and holds additional qualifications in School Leadership and Human Resource Management.

Ms. Nayar’s leadership is characterized by her unwavering dedication to fostering a strong, relevant, and dynamic academic environment. She ensures that the school’s curriculum is not only academically rigorous but also rich in diverse, multifaceted learning experiences. These experiences are carefully designed to support the holistic development of each student, nurturing their intellectual, emotional, and social growth.
